Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of employment and conditions of work)was introduced under Act -1996.Section 18 of the State Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of employment and conditions of work) Rules 2003.Under Rule -36 -2004 on December 18 Building and Other Construction Workers Board is formed.
